Observation

Provider had two infants napping inside and the other children playing outside. Provider said she had been going in and out. However, when Provider was outside, she was not providing the level of supervision required for napping infants. When Provider was inside, she was not actively supervising the children who were outside. Shortly after Licensor advised of required supervision for napping children and children playing outside, Provider brought the children inside and provided required supervision for all children present.
